The Schladming Dachstein-Tauern ski region ranks among the 5 largest ski regions in Austria.
Ski all of the 4 largest Styrian skiing mountains in one trip: from the starting point at Hauser Kaibling, then over the Planai in Schladming and Hochwurzen to the Reiteralm.

In the last few years, the 4 Mountain Schladming Dachstein-Tauern Ski Link has been rated by the London Daily Mail as Europe’s best skiing area.

Rohrmoos-Schladming, is the core of the Dachstein-Tauern-Region between the precipitous limestone ranges of the Dachstein-massif and the prehistoric rocks of the Schladminger Tauern.

For more than 100 years Rohrmoos-Schladming has been a both renowned and popular resort with varied hiking, walking (also nordic walking) , biking and jogging options. An oasis for alpin wellness.
Tipp: Experience path "Wild Waters". Schladming-Rohrmoos offers a web of hiking trails and paths with around 490 km.

Ideal starting point for excursions: The Dachstein glacier is one of the top places, particularly because of the Skywalk and the new fixed rope route, "Wild Untertal" and "Obertal" is an exellent destination for families with kids, Castle & cave in Werfen , the monastery Stift Admont etc....
